COVID19 / WEATHER REFUND POLICY
In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances out of the tournament’s control leading to a complete cancellation of the event in which no games are played, Tiger Tournaments offers a full refund minus a $100 Tournament Processing fee for the event. The Tournament processing fee will be given back to teams in the form of a credit which can be used at any future Tiger Tournament events (The $100 credit does not expire).
If the tournaments is canceled after the first games have started, Teams will receive partial refunds which will be based on how many games each team played.
No Games Played – full refund minus $100 processing fee
1 Game Played – 66 % refund
2 Game Played – 33 % refund
3 Game Played – 0 % refund
GOTSOCCER CREDIT CARD FEE REFUNDS
Tiger Tournaments does not refund credit card processing fees that were charged when the team originally applied.
