How Tiger Score works
Results + opponent strength
Wins raise your rating; losses lower it. Every opponent’s rating contributes to the calculation, so schedule strength matters. Draws count as half a win and half a loss.
No blowout bonus
Goal margin, shutouts, and penalty-shootout wins add no rating bonus. Pool and playoff games have equal weight. Tournament placement does not add separate points.
A fresh start
Every team starts from the same neutral 50-point baseline. No history before August 2026 is included. Fewer than three eligible matches is marked provisional.
The calculation: Score = [100 + 50 × (wins − losses) + sum of opponents’ scores] ÷ (games played + 2). Teams are solved together in the combined season match network for their age and gender group. A repeated team’s eligible games from all linked events contribute to one score. Repeat opponents count once per match.
Season rank runs continuously through each age/gender group. Teams use the highest named tier they played this season: Gold first, then Silver, then Bronze. Within each tier, higher Tiger Score comes first, followed by higher schedule strength, team name, and team ID to resolve ties. Unknown tiers follow the named tiers. Event, division, and tier filters never change a team’s season score, record, or rank.
Schedule strength is the average rating of opponents played. A repeat opponent counts once per game. Connected opponents help compare teams across events. Separate match networks still have independent neutral starting points, so these combined rankings are preliminary; they are not calibrated statewide or national rankings.
Trailing administrative -c and 1–3 digit codes are removed. Matching cleaned names, age, and gender are joined provisionally across events when there is no same-event name conflict. Existing coach names stay in team names. Different names remain separate until verified; separate coach data is not included in this import.

Tier order is Gold, then Silver, then Bronze within each age and gender group. A Silver team cannot outrank a Gold team through its score. Browse a single tier using the buttons above. Silver includes Silver Elite and Silver II; Bronze includes Bronze II and Low Bronze. Divisions without a named level appear only under All levels until assigned. Your season rank continues across tiers. Your score includes every eligible match from your linked tournament entries.
All three imported tournaments contribute to the combined 2026–27 season. Name-based team joins are provisional and available for review above. This is a saved results snapshot; GotSport changes do not sync automatically.

How are records calculated?
Wins, draws, losses, and goals use the recorded match score. A penalty shootout does not turn a regulation draw into a win in these records. Canceled matches, standalone shootouts, missing scores, and unresolved opponents are held out. Tiger Score ranks the eligible results using the formula above; it does not replace official tournament standings.
Why start in August?
The 2026–27 season starts fresh after the age-group change. Each tournament’s recorded gender, age group, division, and tier are preserved. No results before August 1, 2026 carry over.
